Spiritual Companionship is more a little more informal than therapy, so how often we meet is up to you.

I meet with people once a week, twice a month, or once a month. We will set the pace and the rhythm at our first meeting so that it supports your desired journey and growth. .This can be adjusted as we meet...as your needs or desire might change.

We will meet for 1-2 hours depending on what needs to be talked about and processed as well as taking into consideration your schedule and desire.

Since our first meeting together is a time for us to start to get to know each other, if we don't feel like we're a good fit and do not want to continue, you will not be billed for that initial session.

The rate per session is $75.  

I do take sliding scale clients, but right now those spaces are filled.  But please talk to me if money is an issue...we'll work something out. 

 

I do not take insurance.

I work virutally over Doxy telehealth, which is HIPPA compliant.  You don't need to install software.  I will send you an easy link that takes you right to me! 

If you would like to meet just talking over the phone, that is also possible.
